PROJECTS
As required by state law, city ordinances, and the CCR’s there are certain tasks which are delegated to the HOA community to manage. These projects are listed here and their status’ are discussed at our monthly board meetings.
Please join us at our meetings if there is an issue or project you would like addressed.
Projects On Hold
These projects are put on hold status while the community rebuilds the Reserve Fund.

- Electric Updates to South Pump House
Working Projects
These projects are currently being worked on by the board and/or J&M Management.

ACC Forms
Are you looking to make changes to the landscaping, color, or make additions (such as a Fence or Shed)? Be sure to submit an ACC Form to stacy@jandmmanagement.com.
